Return Eligibility 

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they: 

• Are unused and undamaged 
• Are returned in original packaging 
• Include proof of purchase 

Certain items, including custom or made‑to‑order products, are final sale and not eligible for return.

Return Shipping 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives defective or incorrect. 

Refunds 

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 business days for your financial institution to post the refund. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
